Tactics

  • Target aggressive media blitzes around seasonal news opportunities, such as: end of year bonuses in December and June, proxy season in April and May, and college graduates entering the workforce in June and January;
  • Proactively monitor and hook into breaking news and trends where CRI can add value as an expert third-party resource for information and expert opinion
  • Develop, implement and release surveys on key trends and practices that relate to salaries, hiring practices, bonuses, etc.;
  • Write and disseminate press releases on business announcements such as key strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and executive hires.
